Ingredients
Sweet potato noodles (33.3%): tapioca starch, sweet potato starch,
corn starch. Soup bag: water, salt, spices (Sichuan pepper, anise) (0.63%), ginger, yeast extract, maltodextrin, soybean oil sugar,
flavour enhancer: [E621], preservative: [E234]. Vegetable bag: dried turnip, pickled soy beans, black mushrooms,
salt, chili oil, preservative: [E234]. Vinegar sachet: vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic, chili, flavor enhancer: [E621], sachet of bamboo shoots:
bamboo shoots, water, chili oil, sugar, flavor enhancer: [E621], preservative: [E234], Bag of tofu: tofu ( soy , water),
soybean oil. Oil bag: soybean oil, chili powder, chopped onion, ginger, garlic.
Method 1: (boiled)
Boil the noodles in cold water for 3-5 minutes.
Drain well and place the cooked noodles in a bowl.
Then add 400ml water, the cooked noodles, soup base, pickled bamboo shoots, vegetables and tofu to the pan. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining seasonings and mix well. Your delicious noodles are ready to be served.
Method 2: (dry mixing)
Boil the noodles in cold water for 3-5 minutes.
Drain well and place the cooked noodles in a bowl.
Add 20 ml of boiling water and add half of the soup base.
Add the remaining seasonings and mix well to enjoy.
