Noodles with an extra spicy taste
Ingredients:
Sweet potato noodles (21.5%): tapioca starch, sweet potato starch, corn starch.
Soup bag: water, salt, herbs, ginger, yeast extract, maltodextrin, soybean oil, sugar, flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (E234).
Bag of bamboo shoots: bamboo shoots, water, chili oil (0.88%), sugar, flavor enhancer (E621), preservative (E231).
Vegetable bag: dried turnips, pickled soya beans, black mushrooms, salt, chili (0.235%), preservative (E234).
Vinegar sachet: vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic, chili (1%), flavor enhancer (E621).
Bag of chili oil (10%): soybean oil, chili powder (2.5%), chopped onion, ginger, garlic.
Bag of tofu: tofu (soy, water), soy oil.
Method 1: (boiled)
Boil the noodles in cold water for 3-5 minutes.
Drain well and place the cooked noodles in a bowl.
Then add 400ml water, the cooked noodles, soup base, pickled bamboo shoots, vegetables and tofu to the pan. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining seasonings and mix well. Your delicious noodles are ready to be served.
Method 2: (dry mixing)
Boil the noodles in cold water for 3-5 minutes.
Drain well and place the cooked noodles in a bowl.
Add 20 ml of boiling water and add half of the soup base.
Add the remaining seasonings and mix well to enjoy.
