Noodles classic taste. This product is versatile and can be used in all kinds of dishes such as noodle soups, stir-fries or hotpot. The noodles themselves have a soft, chewy texture that goes well with different kinds of sauces and spices.
Ingredients: Sweet potato noodles (33.3%): tapioca starch, sweet potato starch, corn starch. Soup sachet: water, salt, spices, ginger, yeast extract, maltodextrin, soybean oil, sugar, flavour enhancer: [E621], preservative [E234]. Vegetable sachet: dried turnip, pickled soy beans, black mushrooms, salt, chilli oil, preservative: [E23Aj. Vinegar sachet: vinegar, salt, sugar, garlic, chilli, flavour enhancer: [E621]. Bamboo shoot sachet:
bamboo shoots, water, chili oil, sugar, enhancer: [E621], preservative: [E234]. Sachet tofu: tofu/ soy , water), soybean oil. Oil sachet: soybean oil, chili powder, chopped onion, ginger, garlic.
Method 1: (boiled)
Boil the noodles in cold water for 3-5 minutes.
Drain well and place the cooked noodles in a bowl.
Then add 400ml water, the cooked noodles, soup base, pickled bamboo shoots, vegetables and tofu to the pan. Cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining seasonings and mix well. Your delicious noodles are ready to be served.
Method 2: (dry mixing)
Boil the noodles in cold water for 3-5 minutes.
Drain well and place the cooked noodles in a bowl.
Add 20 ml of boiling water and add half of the soup base.
Add the remaining seasonings and mix well to enjoy.
