Uchibori Sushi Seasoning, 360ml

Ready-to-eat rice-based sushi vinegar. Uchibori is one of Japan's best-known vinegar producers. Use the sushi vinegar while the sushi rice is still warm and let it cool down. Due to the perfect combination of sweet and sour flavors, the vinegar is also very suitable as a salad dressing.

Ingredients: rice vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, salt, water.

Store cool and dry, avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

Instructions: Mix the sushi vinegar with warm, cooked rice. Use 90ml of sushi vinegar for 450g of uncooked rice (4 servings).
