Uchibori Ponzu, 360ml

This Dashi-iri Ponzu Yuzu is a citrus vinegar with soy sauce, dashi, yuzu, bonito and seaweed. You can use this citrus vinegar to give extra flavor to, for example, fish or oysters.

Ingredients Uchibori Ponzu : Natural vinegar, soy sauce (water, soy beans, wheat , salt), sugars (glucose fructose syrup, sugar), bonito broth (water, bonito flakes, ( fish ), seaweed), salt, yuzu juice, apple juice, hydrolyzed soy protein.
