Thai Boat Noodle Soup, called "Kuay Teow Reua" in Thai, is a traditional and flavorful noodle soup that originated in Thailand. There it was served by vendors along the canals in Bangkok, giving rise to the name "boat noodle soup".
Ingredients: soy sauce ( soybean , wheat flour, brine, sugar), sugar, coconut milk, glucose syrup, fermented garlic (garlic, salt), distilled vinegar, tamarind paste (tamarind, water), fermented chili pepper (chili pepper, salt, preservative: E260), spices (cinnamon, star anise, galangal, coriander seed, white pepper, five spices), fresh coriander root, chicken soup powder (refined iodized rock salt, icing sugar, flavor enhancer: E635, hydrolysed vegetable protein ( SOYA ), dried chicken meat powder, chicken oil flavour), thickener: E1442, flavor enhancer: E635, rock salt, red bean curd, stabiliser: E415, yeast extract.
