Pappadums are thin slices of bread, pancakes that are traditionally served as a side dish in countries such as India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Pappadums come in many flavors. This is one with an addition of garlic. Delicious with a traditional Indian curry or as a cracker with a dip. Fry it briefly in oil or heat for 30 seconds in the microwave according to the package.
