Silky soft tofu originally from Japan. The silky soft tofu can be compared in texture to panna cotta. Silk tofu contains fewer calories and nutrients because the water content is higher. As a result, this tofu does not have the typical tofu flavor that has a strong soy bean flavor. The soft silken tofu is best combined with soup dishes. However, only add the tofu at the end since the tofu breaks easily.
