It can be used to prepare miso soup, marinate meat and vegetables. It can also be added to mashed potatoes or vegetable soups.
Recipe for miso soup:
Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan
Add your favorite ingredients such as Tofu, Chinese cabbage or meat
Boil the ingredients and add a few spoonfuls of miso
Stir until the miso is completely dissolved and the miso soup is ready to be served
