Mango Mochi, a popular appearance on TikTok, is a true delight for the taste buds. The combination of soft, sweet mango wrapped in a layer of glutinous rice provides a unique taste and texture experience. Many Asian countries have their own version of a glutinous rice dessert with filling. This recipe is inspired by the famous Chinese 'Nuo Mi Ci' Peanut Mochi. The balance between the fruity mango and the soft, sticky mochi makes this dessert irresistibly tempting. Try it yourself!
