Premium Black Vinegar 3 Years Aged, 250ml

Aged for more than three years in wooden barrels, this vinegar offers soft aromas and an incomparable umami taste. It is reminiscent of balsamic vinegar. This exceptional vinegar combines the sweetness of rice and the umami of koji. The first mouth is soft, almost sweet with barrel flavors, then comes the acidity and roundness that persists in the mouth. Like balsamic vinegar, you can use it to flavor a tomato and mozzarella salad, sprinkle a dash on a bresaola pizza, or to season fish dishes and deglaze sauces. The sour and sweet flavors pair well with poultry, duck, strawberries and vanilla ice cream.
