With Okonomiyaki & Takoyaki Flour from Okonomiyaki you can prepare Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki. These are both popular street food dishes in Japan.
Okonomiyaki is a Japanese dish and can be compared to a pancake. Several ingredients are baked at the same time, after which a tasty sauce and cabbage are added. There are several varieties of Okonomiyaki, but the most important ingredients are commonly used. These are mainly chinese cabbage, naiagimo (japanese yam), okonomiyaki sauce, kewpie mayonnaise, aonori and bonito flakes.
Takoyaki is made from a thin batter. This contains flour, dashi, egg, octopus, spring onion and ginger. This batter is poured into molds just like poffertjes. Then it is baked and topped with a delicious sauce.
With this flour you can prepare both street food dishes. You simply add the desired ingredients to this flour and bake it.
