Description
Rice wine vinegar is suitable for Japanese, Chinese and western dishes. It can be used in stir-fry, salad dressing, pickling, dips and seasonings.
Ingredients: Water, glutinous rice, salt.
Rice wine vinegar dressing
ingredients 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp Obento Rice Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp soy suce.
Method Combine oil and vinegar in a small container with tight fitting lid, shake well until blended
