Ingredients: tamarind powder 20.2%, salt, acidity regulator: E330, flavour enhancer: E 621, tomato powder, rice flour, cane sugar, black pepper. May contain traces of wheat, fish, peanuts, soy and milk.
Preparation : In a saucepan, combine 2.5 L of water, 150g slice tomatoes, 90g quartered onion and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add content pouch. Increase the heat and bring to boil. Add 1 kg fish (or shrimps or pre-boiled beef or pre-boiled pork), 400g sliced Chinese radish, 200 g of cut long green beans, 4 green peppers and fish sauce to taste. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes until fish is cooked. Turn off heat and add 200g of leafy green, such as Kangkong or spinach. Cover to steam-cook vegetables. Serve hot with rice.
