Mali Flower Parboiled Rice is a premium rice variety that is carefully dehulled and steamed to lock in nutrients. This 1kg pack contains rice grains with a light brown hue, which have a fluffy and chewy texture after cooking. Ideal for a variety of dishes, from stews and curries to simple side dishes. The parboiled rice is easy to prepare and has a subtle nutty flavour, making it a versatile choice for any meal. Perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions.

Instructions : Store in a cool, dry place.
Cooking instructions :
- bring a large pot of water to the boil.
- add the rice (salt to taste) and bring to a boil. Stir well occasionally.
- cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes. (for a softer rice let it cook for 3 minutes longer).
- Remove the pan from the heat, drain the water and let the rice rest for another 5 minutes with the lid on the pan.
- Gently fluff the rice with a fork, the rice is now ready to be served.
