Ingredients: Sauce: sugar, tamarind paste (tamarind, water), shallot fish sauce ( anchovy extract, mackerel , salt, water, sugar), tomato puree, garlic, soy oil, natural vinegar, salt, chili extract. Peanuts : roasted, chopped peanuts , anti-caking agent: E551 (nano).
Allergens: This product may contain traces of soy, fish, gluten, and peanuts.
Instructions: Stir-fry 100g shrimps with 100g tofu cubes. Add a beaten egg. Then add the sauce and 120g noodles or vermicelli. Stir-fry until everything is done. Add water if it is too dry. Add 100g bean sprouts and 3 stalks of chives (chopped). Stir-fry for another minute. Garnish and serve the dish with the chopped peanuts. Good for 2 portions.
