Kotobuki Sushi Rice, 1kg

Directions: Wash the rice thoroughly. Bring to a boil: 1 cup of rice equals 1.5 cups of cold water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the water is completely absorbed by the rice. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: short grain sushi rice.
