Ingredients: Onion, vegetable oil, fresh grounde chilli (chilli, salt, acetic acid (E260), shallot paste (shallot 81,5%, water, salt 3%, E412, E415, food acid E330, antioxidant E300, bell pepper powder, <2% groundd galangal, garlic paste (garlic 65%, water, salt 7,5%, E330, E412, E415), beef bouillon, E621, garlic, galangal, preservatives E200, E210, E211, E224. May contain traces of sulphites.
Recipe
Ingredients:
500 gr. beef or 500 gr vegetables, shrimps, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 200 ml coconut milk.
Preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes and add 2 tablespoons of oil with the spice mix. Approx. Add 300 ml of water and the coconut milk. Stir well and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste. Let it simmer slowly on low heat, stirring occasionally. When using vegetables add the mix, vegetables, shrimps and coconut milk to cook the whole while stirring. For eggs: fry the spice mix in 2 tablespoons of oil and add the 400 ml of coconut milk and let it simmer slowly, then add the eggs. Add salt to taste.
