Kobe Tepung Kentucky Original, 150g

Ingredients: Flour mix: Wheat flour , salt, flavour enhancer [E621], garlic powder, white pepper, onion powder, sugar, chili powder.
Marinade mix: flavour enhancer [E621], salt, onion powder, white pepper, garlic powder, sugar, chili powder.

May contain traces of sulphites.
Product is manufactured on equipment that also processes soy, milk, celery, fish and shellfish.

Allergen information: wheat.

Preparation method:

1. Cut ½ kg chicken into pieces.
2. Season the chicken with Kentucky spice mix and let it sit for 30 minutes or leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Make a batter with 1 tablespoon of the dry flour with 6 tablespoons of water.
4. Coat chicken pieces evenly with the batter.
5. Press the remaining flour mixture onto the chicken pieces.
6. Deep fry the chicken in hot oil over medium heat until cooked through and crispy golden brown.
