Description
Traditionally, donabe pans are made of clay. This pan is made of ceramic. The advantage of this is that the heat is distributed evenly and thanks to the glazed surface, the food does not stick during roasting. The pan is used not only in Japan, but also in China, Malaysia and Singapore under the name Clay Pot Cooking .
