Hand Pressed Yuzu Juice, 100ml

Yuzu is a cross between a sour tangerine and the lemony Ichang papaeda. The taste and aroma is a combination of grapefruit and mandarin. Yuzu is an essential condiment in Japanese cuisine and is used as an additive in Japanese ponzu, soy sauce and miso. Chefs use the juice in dishes with fish, white meat, but also in sorbets, ice cream and cocktails. These specific yuzus are pressed by hand within 24 hours of harvesting, the extracted juice is then kept refrigerated.
