Description
Sempio Korean Doenjang soybean paste. Doenjang is a traditional Korean sauce and is made from fermented soybeans. The literal translation is "thick paste". It is the basic ingredient of many Korean dishes such as Doenjang-jjigae.
Ingredients: water, soy 32%, salt, wheat , alcohol, koji (Aspergillus oryzae).
Allergy information: soy and wheat.
Storage advice: store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
Cooking instructions:doenjang-jjigae
- Prepare a clay pot. Add potato, onion, garlic, zucchini, green chili pepper, shrimp and dried anchovies.
- Add the water, just enough to cover everything.
- When it starts to boil, add the fermented bean paste, stir the stew and continue to cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.
