Sempio Korean Soybean Paste, 950g

Sempio Korean Doenjang soybean paste. Doenjang is a traditional Korean sauce and is made from fermented soybeans. The literal translation is "thick paste". It is the basic ingredient of many Korean dishes such as Doenjang-jjigae.

Ingredients: water, soy 32%, salt, wheat , alcohol, koji (Aspergillus oryzae).

Allergy information: soy and wheat.

Storage advice: store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.

 Cooking instructions:doenjang-jjigae

1. Prepare a clay pot. Add potato, onion, garlic, zucchini, green chili pepper, shrimp and dried anchovies.
2. Add the water, just enough to cover everything.
3. When it starts to boil, add the fermented bean paste, stir the stew and continue to cook for another 15 to 20 minutes.
