Description
Matcha is a quality type of Japanese green tea. It is made from young tea leaves and ground into a fine green powder. The Shanwaishan Matcha Tea powder is suitable for baking and drinking as tea or lattes.
Ingredients:
green tea (camellia sinensis)
Directions: Put about 1 teaspoon of tea in a bowl, pour hot water of max. 80°C and mix well, preferably with a bamboo whisk, until the infusion is smooth and frothy.
