Arrowhead Mills Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix, 737g

Ingredients: organic whole wheat flour, organic wheat flour, buttermilk powder (buttermilk, whey), leavening (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda), sea, salt. Good source of calcium.

Pancake
Ingredients: 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Buttermilk Pancake& waffle mix. 1Tbsp. spectrum canola oil. 1 cup milk or water.
Directions:

1. Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
2. Cook on preheated (375°F-400°F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry. for thicker pancakes use less liquid. For thinner pancakes use more liquid.

serving suggestion: Stir in 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon just before cooking. Makes 8-5 pancakes.

Waffles
Ingredients: 1 cup arrowhead mills buttermilk pancake & waffle mix. 1 egg, beaten or egg substitute. 1 Tbsp. spectrum canola oil. 1 Tbsp. honey. 2/3 cup milk or water.
Directions: 

1. Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
2. Cook according to waffle maker's instructions makes 8 waffles.
