You Will Need: 1/2 cup of water, 2 eggs.
1. Preparing - Place the content of the bag in a medium size bowl, add the water (1/2 cup) and 2 eggs. 2. Mixing - Mix well until all the liquid is absorbed by the dough. Keep working the dough until it gets smooth and homogeneous.
3. Modeling - Make small balls and place them in a tray leaving some space in between so that they don't stick together when they grow.
4. Cooking - Place the tray in a pre-heated oven (350 degrees F) for about 25 minutes or until they get a golden color. Important: If you work the dough longer the bread will grow better; If you prefer you can use a planetary mixer. Put the dough in it and start with the lowest speed. Turn up the speed as the liquid is absorbed. The total mixing time should be about 4 minutes; This product cannot be baked in a microwave oven.
