Description
Ingredients: onions, sunflower oil, aroma, ground kemiri nuts, ground galangal, coriander, garlic, lemongrass, salt, freshly ground lemongrass, galangal, tamarind pulp, preservative E200, E210.
Allergy information: may contain traces of sulfites.
cooking instructions: fry the meat (chicken) in 2 tablespoons of oil, add the spice mix and stir well. Add 400ml coconut milk and 200ml water. Stew everything on a small fire until done. Add salt to taste.
