Description
Ingredients: cornstarch, water, stabilizer: E452.
Directions: soak the noodles for 10 minutes in water, then boil 8-10 minutes until tender. Turn off the heat. Stir to loosen the noodles and leave in hot water for 15-30 minutes. Drain and transfer to a plate. Add sauce and toppings to taste.
