Ingredients:
Noodles (32%) : Wheat flour, palm oil, salt, acidity regulator: [E452, E501, E451 E450, E500, E399, E450], potassium chloride, thickener: [E401, E412], antioxidant: [E306, E304), green tea powder.
Soup bag : Salt, flavour enhancer: [E621, E635], flavourings ( soy ), white sugar, onion powder, yeast extracts, maltodextrin, soy sauce powder ( soy , wheat , salt), garlic powder, Chinese cabbage powder, spices ( celery ), dehydrated green onion, potassium chloride, anti-caking agent: [E551], acidity regulator: [E330).
Herbal oil : Sesame oil, rice bran oil, flavourings ( soy , wheat , sesame seeds), colour: [E160c].
Allergen information: wheat, soy and gluten.
This product may contain traces of lupine. Wheat flour is not from Hong Kong.
Cooking directions:
- Add noodles to 500ml boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Add the soup base in a bowl beforehand.
- Remove from heat. Pour hot water into a bowl and melt the soup base, then add the noodles.
- Finally, stir well and serve.
