Ingredients: rice flour, garlic powder, onion powder, annatto seed.

Preparation: (8 portions) Boil 1kg oxtail pieces in 2.5 liters of water. Set the meat aside. Add 200 g sliced aubergine and 300 g sliced long beans to the stock and cook for 2 minutes. Prepare the peanut sauce: dissolve the contents of this packet in 250 mL of stock and add 170 g of peanut butter. Add the meat and peanut sauce to the vegetable broth. Stir well. Add 200g chopped Chinese cabbage (bok choy) and a little salt to taste. Serve with rice and fried ground shrimp paste (bagoong).
