Ingredients: cron starch, rice flour, salt, hydrolysed vegetable proteins( corn, soy), flour enhancers : E621, E631, E627, garlic powder, cane sugar, black pepper, annatto seeds.

Preparation: (6 servings)
Cook 250 g rice noodles, drain and put on a flat dish. Mix content of package in 2½ cups of (625 mL) water or unsalted soup stock. In a wok or saucepan sauté 1 tablespoon garlic in 2 tablespoons hot oil. Add ¼ cup (15 g) smoked mackerel flakes and stir in dissolved gravy mix. Bring to boil while stirring until sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Pour sauce over the noodles and garnish with your choice of following: 2 peeled and quartered hard boiled eggs, 3 tablespoons chopped spring onion, ½ cup (100 g) boiled and peeled shrimps, 1 tablespoon minced fried garlic, ½ cup crushed crackllings, ½ cup cooked squid (cut into rings). Serve with lemon( or calamansi) and fish sauce.
