Ingredients: Tamarind powder 20.2 %, salt, acidity regulator: E330, flavour enhancer: E621, tomato powder, rice flour, chili powder, cane sugar.

Preapration:
In a saucepan, combine 2.5 L of water, 150 g sliced tomatoes and quartered onion and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add content of this pouch. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Add 1 kg fish (or shrimps or pre-boiled beef or pre-boiled pork) 400 g sliced Chinese radish, 200 g of cut long green beens, 4 green peppers and fish sauce to taste. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes until fish is cooked. Turn off heat and add 200 g of leafy green, such as kangkong or spinach. Cover to steam-cook vegetables. Serve with hot rice.
