Delicious yellow curry paste from Mae Ploy. Process this Thai curry paste in your favorite curry dishes with meat, fish and vegetables.
Ingredients: garlic 28%, lemongrass 24%, salt 13%, shallot 12.5%, galangal 9%, dried red chili peppers 4%, coriander seed 3.5%, kaffir lemon peel 2.5%, curry powder 1.3%, cumin 1%, cinnamon 0.4%, turmeric 0.4%, cardamom 0.2%, nutmeg 0 0.2%.
Preparation method:
Fry 50 g curry paste, add 400 g coconut milk, 200 g meat and aubergines and let it simmer. Add spices to taste.
Suggestion: for a milder aroma, add half the amount of yellow curry paste .
