Yellow curry is a mildly sweet and spicy Thai curry derived from the Indian yellow curry. It contains many spices known in Indian cuisine such as fenugreek, turmeric, cumin and mustard seeds. This curry paste is often used in fish stews or with coconut milk, potatoes, onions and chicken to make an authentic Thai curry.
Ingredients: garlic, shallot, vegetable oil (palm, soy , spices (coriander, ginger, cumin, mustard seed , fenugreek, turmeric), salt, lemongrass, shrimp paste ( shrimp , salt), chili, galangal.
