Ingredients: sauce mix: sugar, peanuts, chilli powder, salt, dextrose, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soya beans, corn, maltodextrin), modified tapioca starch, onion powder, kaffir lime leave powder, lemongrass powder, anti-caking agent: E341, acidity regulator: E296, aroma. Marinade mix: sugar, maltodextrin, spices (turmeric, cumin, curry powder, coriander, mustard), salt, flavor enhancer: E621, modified tapioca starch.
Allergens information: peanuts, soy, mustard.
Cooking direction: sprinkle the content of package A onto 500 g of sliced pork meat and add a little water. Mix well and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours. For the sauce: add the content of package B in a saucepan add ½ cup of water or ¾ cup of coconut milk with vegetable oil. Bring the whole to the boil while stirring.
