Ingredients: sugar, salt, hydrolysed vegetable protein (hydrolysed vegetable protein [ SOY beans, corn, WHEAT , xylose, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, colour: E150dl, maltodextrin, salt, yeast extract, acidity regulator: E330), spices (star anise, cinnamon), anti-caking agent: E341, colour 160c, flavouring.

Preparation: take 500 g pork, cut the meat into long pieces. Dissolve 50 g pork marinade mix in 125 ml water. Put the meat in it and let it marinate for 2-3 hours. Roast the meat for 20 minutes at 200ºC. You can also grill or roast it. Cut the meat thinly. Serve as a starter or as a side dish with tjaptjoi, fried noodles or fried rice.
