Kobe Tepung Kentucky Original, 150g

Ingredients: Wheat flour, salt, spices and herbs (white pepper, black pepper, garlic, onion, leek, basil, rosemary, chilli powder), flavour enhancer (E621).

Allergen information: wheat.

Preparation:

1. Cut ½ kg of chicken into pieces.
2. Season the chicken with kentucky spice mix and leave it for 30 minutes or leave it overnight in the fridge.
3. Make a batter with 1 tablespoon of the dry flour with 6 tablespoons of water.
4. Cover pieces of chicken evenly with the batter.
5. Press the rest of the flour mixture onto the pieces of chicken.
6. Fry the chicken in hot oil over medium heat until it is cooked until crispy and golden brown.
