Description
Ingredients: Red chili, soybean oil , onions, galangal, garlic, salt, shallots, sugar, ginger, lemongrass, ground turmeric, coriander seeds, cumin, herbs and spices.

Indonesian Rengdang curry dish recipe
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 1 packet of spice paste for Indonesian rengdang curry dish
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 450g chicken, lamb or beef, diced
- 440 ml coconut milk or milk
- kaffir lime leaves as garnish
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the spice paste and stir fry for ½ minute.
- Add the meat and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the coconut milk, bring to the boil and let it simmer covered for half an hour.
- Remove the lid and simmer for another 20 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened. Stir occasionally. Garnish and serve hot with rice.
