Asian Home Gourmet Meat Satay, 50g

Ingredients: Tomato paste, shallots, soybean oil, salt, soysauce (water, sugar, soybeans, salt, wheatflour), tamarind, garlic, driedshrimp, sugar, red chili, shrimppasta (shrimp, salt).Without added flavor enhancers, preservation and artificial colorings. In addition, they are Hallal certified.

Recipe Saté

Ingredients for 4 people:

• 1 package of marinade for satay
• 450 g meat (chicken, lamb or beef), in 2 cm large pieces.
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• cucumber slices and egg rings as a garnish (optional)

Preparation :

1. Marinate the meat with the marinade and the oil. Leave the meat covered for at least 2 hours.
2. Thread the meat on wooden sticks.
3. Roast the skewers for 8-10 minutes. Rub the sticks at least 2 times with the remaining marinade. Turn the sticks regularly. Serve the chopsticks with Asian Home Gourmet Peanut Sauce and garnish the dish with the cucumber and onion.
