Hunglay Curry is a dish from Northern Thai cuisine that is distinguished by its mild yet rich flavors. It is usually made with pork, but can also be made with chicken. The curry paste contains a complex mix of spices such as ginger, tamarind, garlic, cumin and coriander, which together provide depth of flavor. Hunglay curry has a less spicy flavor than other Thai curries, but offers a unique and aromatic experience.

Ingredients: shallots, garlic, spices (turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, coriander), chili, salt, shrimp paste ( shrimp , salt), lemongrass, tamarind.
Allergens: Contains crustaceans, may contain traces of fish and molluscs.
Preparation: Cut 250g pork tenderloin and 250g bacon into 1cm cubes and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Mix 360ml water with the contents of this packet and bring to the boil. Add the meat and let it simmer until the meat is done.
