Country Style Red Curry Paste is a traditional Thai curry paste that is rich in flavors and spices. It is characterized by a combination of dried red chili, lemongrass, garlic, and other herbs that together provide a spicy and aromatic base for curry dishes. Ingredients: soybean oil, shallots, garlic, chili peppers, lemongrass, salt, Chinese ginger, shrimp paste (shrimp , salt), white pepper, galangal, kaffir lime peel.
Allergens: Contains crustaceans (shrimp) and soya. May contain traces of fish and molluscs.
Serving tip: Heat a pan and add the contents of this bag together with 250g of sliced beef or chicken. Fry the meat until cooked. Add 240ml of water and bring to the boil. Add the aubergines, bamboo shoots, kaffir lime leaves, basil leaves and chilli and bring back to the boil. Add fish sauce to taste and serve with boiled rice.
