Nam is a traditional Thai dish consisting of fermented meat (usually pork) mixed with rice grains and spices. It has a spicy and slightly sour taste, typical of Thai cuisine. Lobo 's Nam Powder Seasoning Mix makes it easy to create this unique taste at home without the complicated fermentation process.

Ingredients: acidity regulators: E575, E327, dextrose, salt, emulsifiers: E451, E452, flavour enhancer: E621, antioxidant: E316, preservative: E250, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop 0.5kg cold fresh lean pork loin. Cut 250g cooked bacon rind into thin strips and refrigerate. Mix all ingredients with the contents of both bags and add 3 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic and optionally 20 to 30 fresh red chili peppers. Knead the mixture well, fill into plastic containers and close tightly. Let the meat stand for 24 hours before frying or grilling.
