Lobo Laab-Namtok Seasoning Mix, 30g

With the Laab Namtok Seasoning Mix from Lobo you can easily make the authentic flavours of Laab and Namtok at home. This mix contains all the essential herbs and spices, such as roasted rice powder and chilli, for a traditional Thai dish. Perfect for making spicy Thai meat salads or grilled meat dishes.

Laab is a spicy “meat salad,” while Namtok refers to the juice from the grilled meat added to the dish, which gives an extra smoky flavor.

Ingredients: roasted glutinous rice, chilli powder, spices (garlic, shallot, coriander), flavour enhancer E621, salt, acidity regulator E330, lime flavour (contains emulsifier E322 SOY), anti-caking agent E551, stabiliser E414.

Allergens: Contains soy .

Serving suggestion: Take beef, pork or chicken. Add 60ml water to 300g ground meat and fry until cooked. Then add the contents of this packet and mix everything together. Add fish sauce to taste. Garnish with shallots, mint leaves and spring onions. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Storage advice: Store in a dry place. Consume immediately after opening.
