Prepare authentic Thai grilled meatballs with Lobo's Nam Nuong Seasoning Mix. This carefully composed mix contains all the herbs and spices you need for a traditional flavour. Perfect for a delicious Asian dish. Add minced meat, form skewers and grill for a flavoursome meal.

Ingredients: Wheat gluten , sugar, roasted sticky rice, acidity regulators: E500, E451, E331, flavour enhancer: E621, salt, hydrolysed soy protein, spices (garlic, pepper, turmeric), stabiliser E407.

Allergens: Contains wheat , soy . This product may contain traces of mustard .

Serving tip: Dissolve the contents of this packet in 60ml of water. Add 500g of (pork) mince. Knead the mixture well until it is sticky, leave for 10 minutes. Form balls of 2.5cm and thread onto skewers. Grill the skewers until done or bake in the oven at 170°C for approx. 10 minutes.
