Preparation method:

Remove packaging and heat slowly in a steamer or steam oven (in a cup with foil for approx. 1 hour) or in the microwave (prick the foil of the cup) at 800W for approx. 3 minutes.

Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Can be very hot!
