Description
Trassi is used at the beginning of the cooking process. Heat oil and add trassi, about the size of a fingernail. Let the heat dissolve it thoroughly. There is a strong smell at first, but that disappears after cooking. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
Ingredients: corn starch, salt, shrimp (Acetes chinensis) 9.5%.
