Description
Mix 300 g pancake mix with 4 eggs and 600 ml milk into a smooth batter. Melt butter or margarine in a hot non-stick frying pan. Pour a scoop of batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Fry the pancake until it is golden brown on both sides.
Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, buckwheat flour, dextrose, raising agent (E450i, E500ii), salt.
