Description
Preparation in the oven:
Pour 350 ml of hot water into a large bowl and add the following ingredients:
- 450 g of the mix
- 30 g margarine
- 1 egg
- 15 g fresh yeast (or 7 g dried yeast)
Mix thoroughly with dough hooks for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into a greased baking tin (size 25x8x9 cm) and let it rise at a temperature of about 30°C for 45-60 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 220°C for 40 minutes.
Cut into slices after the bread has cooled. Enjoy it!
Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, soy flour, thickener (E415), salt, flavoring (E150a).
