Description
Makgeolli, also called takju (meaning "cloudy alcohol"), is Korean fermented rice wine. It is traditionally made with three ingredients: rice, a wheat-based Korean fermentation starter called nuruk, and water.
Ingredients: water, rice, fructose, yeast, lemon regulator, lactic acid , acidity regulator, carbon dioxide.
