Basic mix for tamarind soup for sinigang.
Ingredients: iodised salt, acidifier [E330], flavour enhancers [E621, E635], (6.88%) tamarind, sugar, tomato, thickener [E415], spices (oleoresin onion, pepper), palm oil, SHRIMP powder ( CRUSTACEAN ), flavouring, colour [E150c, E160c].

Preparation: wash pork spare ribs under cold running water.
Then immerse in a pan with 1 liter of water. Bring to the boil without covering the pan, to drive the foam.
Carefully remove the foam with a slotted spoon or spatula.
Then add onions and tomatoes to the broth. Cover the pan to let the meat cook completely. Prick the meat to see if it is done. Add the sitaw kangkong stems and talong to the pan and cook until they turn dark green. This takes about 1 minute. Ready to serve.
