Description
This red curry paste is made from dried red Thai chili, shallots, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime rind, shrimp paste and salt. It can be prepared with chicken, duck, beef, pork, shrimp, stir-fries and Haw Mohk (Thai Curry Fish Mousse in Banana Leaf Cups). Serve curry dishes over steamed jasmine rice.
Ingredients: Dried Chilli (25%), Garlic (15%, Lemongrass (13%), Shallot (12%), Salt (12%), Galangal (10%), Kaffir Lime Peel (8%), Shrimp Paste (Shrimp ( 70%) %), Salt (30%) (5%).
